The Orange Peel method from Shingo Sato's draping techniques.
The orange is peeled in one piece and used as inspiration for lines on the toile. The lines must go through or very close to the normal dart tip points, as the new lines will distribute the shape, which is made by the darts. Cut through the lines and open the pattern. The finished garment has been created in a striped jersey to avoid having a closure and to see the many different directions the grainline.
