Emotions & the European Union
In the months leading up to the European Parliament elections 2014, we organized the collection and exposition of election posters from all European Union member states. The result enabled the citizens of Copenhagen to see posters from other EU countries in the lampposts of Copenhagen. It is a purely visual display of the nature of the European Union, a topic and question widely considered boring and unengaging by Danish voters. We produced a newspaper showing the exhibition of election posters and built a house of election posters. The election poster house and our newspaper garnered considerable media coverage and became an extension of our visual message through the mainstream media of Denmark.
